The Salford Service Information Directory collects information about the policies and procedures service providers have in place. The questions we ask are enclosed in the below document.

These policies and procedures are considered good practice. Only organisations which state that they meet the policies and procedures relevant for their organisation's services may publicise their organisation and/or the services they provide on the directory. Spot checks will be carried out on organisations. Spot checks will consist of organisations sending copies of relevant policies and procedures. We DO NOT inspect or accredit providers.
